1D Self-Consistent Schrödinger-Poisson Solver for Modeling of Silicon-Based Nanoscale Transistors

Electrical Engineering

Team 13: Karam Aboona, Adam Cisneros, Randa Marro, Laura Razooqi and Amanda Pota

Summary

Our project develops a 1D Self-consistent Schrödinger-Poisson solver to model nanoscale silicon devices addressing quantum effects in MOS capacitors, MOSFETs and SOI structures. This MATLAB-based tool, featuring a GUI, will enhance device design and optimization, with plans for NanoHub integration.
