Summary

Our team has designed a system to produce and store energy for an off grid home in Massachusetts. The system combines photovoltaics and a hydrogen fuel cell to generate reliable electricity by using solar panels to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, store the hydrogen, and pass it through a fuel cell at anytime. This system is estimated to cost $43,117.74 and last at minimum10-15 years.
