Summary
The Amazon DeepRacer project demonstrates the capability of reinforcement learning as a method to develop an autonomous driving system. The objective of the project was to design, train, and evaluate a reinforcement learning model capable of successfully navigating the DeepRacer vehicle around the track in the shortest time possible. Our team used the DeepRacer console to train and evaluate models in a simulated environment and uploaded the models to a real DeepRacer to test them in a real-world environment.
